For reasons of internet security, we request that your first order be called in over the phone and/or with a mailed or faxed purchase order. Thereafter, orders may be e-mailed directly to us, 24 hours a day.

Important Points

  1. Laguna Components Inc. (LCI) Standard Terms and Conditions apply to any resulting orders unless stated otherwise herein or a formal agreement exists between companies. LCI Terms and Conditions are accessible on our website here Terms and Conditions.
  2. Buyer acknowledges that if the items purchased here under are to be exported, they are subject to the U.S. Commerce or State Department Export Regulations, and buyer accepts full responsibility for and agrees to comply fully with such regulations, including obtaining export licenses and re-export permission.
  3. Please see the attached Specification Review Sheet (SRS) if applicable for a list of recommendations or differences between our standard part and the part number you are requesting. These differences need to be resolved before we process your order. Please either revise your drawing/PO to meet our specification recommendations or simply order to our part number.
  4. For tax purposes we are required to maintain a copy of your tax exempt/resale certificate. Please provide this information during order placement. If this tax-exempt information is not provided, sales tax will be added to your order.
  5. The minimum accepted value of any order is $50. Buyer's accumulation of a number of items into one purchase is authorized to reach order value.
  6. Laguna Components Inc. is not an approved FAA repair facility. Applicable FAA certifications will not be supplied as part of this order. In lieu of FAA certifications, Laguna Components Inc. can provide a standard certificate of conformance.
  7. Payment of the Engineering Set Up charges does not convey unlimited data rights or ownership of designs.
  8. Unless otherwise specified, this quotation does not assume compliance with DFARS 252.225-7015, 252.225-7009, or RoHS compliance.
